Raclette

Raclette is a traditional Swiss cheese, made for sharing around the table. It is the cheese we grew up with, and it brings back memories of cozy winter evenings with family and friends gathered around the melting pan.

Its creamy, mild and slightly nutty flavour makes it a favourite with young and old. Raclette is best known for its incredible melting ability. Scrape it warm over boiled potatoes, pickles and cured meats, or use it in grilled cheese sandwiches, gratins, burgers, or on pizza. Try it in our raclette recipe!
