Wildwood Reserve

Our award-winning Wildwood is carefully aged for an additional 15 months, bringing it to a total of 24 months of aging; an increase from last year’s 18-month Reserve. With those extra months of aging, the cheese develops an even deeper, more complex flavour and a rich, beautifully developed character.

A special edition of one of our most celebrated cheeses, Wildwood Reserve is available in limited quantities.

Ingredients: Unpasteurized milk, salt, rennet, bacterial culture.
