Limestone Legend is a soft mixed-rind cheese with naturally rustic character. Beneath its orangey coloured washed-rind, lies a smooth and creamy interior.

Inspired by the limestone heritage of St. Marys, it is a beautifully balanced cheese perfect for any charcuterie board, toasted baguette, or paired with a crisp white wine.
