Homecoming is a typical cheese from the region in Switzerland where we grew up. It is named Homecoming because when we enjoy this cheese it feels like home to us.
The natural milky flavour makes it a kid's favourite every day cheese. Homecoming tastes great in sandwiches or on a cheese platter with fruits and nuts. Due to its incredible melting ability, Homecoming is excellent for raclette, grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, pizza toppings or in lasagnas. Pairs well with beer or any other drink. Try it in our raclette recipe!
