Farmstead Truffle is a firm cheese, mild and buttery with a natural earthy truffle flavour. It is very creamy with the perfect hint of truffle.
It tastes great on a cheese platter or as a snack. Its melting ability also makes it the perfect cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, raclette or a pasta dish.
Farmstead Truffle pairs well with light-bodied red wine like a Malbec or Pinot Noir.

I just opened a wedge of Stonetown Farmstead Truffle. First off, a delightful truffle aroma, so I knew I was in for a treat. I let a chunk, under wrap, warm up to room temperature, cut it into small, thin triangles, then thoroughly enjoyed it with a couple of plain Carr’s crackers, broken into quarters. The cheese is soft, creamy, supple, my preference. As I chewed each bite, I experienced a blast of mild truffle then creamy cheese and cracker texture. Will definitely be buying this cheese again.
