Black Garlic is a firm cheese, very creamy and savoury with the perfect amount of garlicky kick.

Stratford is known for garlic production, and this cheese is our nod to the season. Due to its popularity, it has now permanently in our line up and no longer only available seasonally.

It tastes great on a cheese platter or as a snack. Its melting ability also makes it the perfect cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, raclette or a pasta dish.
